Working Principles
Vacuum consists essentially of a rotor that revolves within a casing partially filled with liquid, usually water. The rotor, with its curved blades forming a Series of buckets, is mounted eccentric to the axis of the casing. Thus, as the rotor turns, centrifugal force on the liquid causes the buckets to empty and fill, empty and fill continually. This, basically, is the action that creates pressure or vacuum. This is the liquid principle
