Oil / gas fired, smoke tube packaged Boilers offer very high efficiency ranges combined with the latest features in steam generation. Manufactured with precision boiler making technology these area sophisticated range of boilers, developed through in-house research and decades of experience. These boilers are manufactured in a 3 pass design, the first path being e radiant zone in the furnace and the other two in the convection zones with smoke tubes. The design provides for easy accessibility for maintenance and a high thermal efficiency due to the larger-than-average heating surface area. These boilers are extremely safe to operate due to the foolproof and advanced control and safety features. They can be fired with a diverse range of fuels which include various type of fuel oils, natural gas, LPG and bio-gas |

| Multifuel Fired Boilers | |
These boilers have a three pass smoke tube configuration, with an open bottomed, well-defined firebox connected to a cylindrical drum. The radiant surface of the firebox is water cooled and requires no refractory work, which ensures efficient utilization of radiant heat. The two passes of smoke tubes in the upper drum also fully utilise the convective heat to enable the highest possible thermal efficiency. |

| Non-IBR Boilers | |
Non-IBR boilers enable users to satisfy their steam requirements without having to invest in a separate boiler house and attendant and without the annual inspection which is mandatory in the case of IBR Boilers. These boilers are ideal for any process industry with limited steam requirements that ensures reliability, efficiency and a long trouble free operation. |

| Thermic Fluid Heaters | |
Industrial heating applications where high temperatures have to be generated at low pressures pose a problem : Thermic fluid Heaters are an effective solution. Using thermal oil, thermic fluid heaters enable energy transfer at high temperatures without the concomitant risks of corrosion. Thermic Fluid Heaters have been indigenously designed and developed through in-house research and on-site testing. They are comparable in manufacturing quality and performance with the best designs available. They are extremely safe to operate and provide on excellent alternative to steam boilers. |

| Burners | |
Automatic Oil Burners systems are used as original or conversion combustion equipment to fire hot water boilers, steam boilers and air heater plants using light distillate/medium/ heavy grade fuel oils. The PF burners are suitable for certain types of process heating plants (for instance, large crop driers, etc.) Where it is advantageous to exploit their particular form of construction. |
