Oil / gas fired, smoke tube packaged Boilers offer very high efficiency ranges combined with the latest features in steam generation. Manufactured with precision boiler making technology these area sophisticated range of boilers, developed through in-house research and decades of experience. These boilers are manufactured in a 3 pass design, the first path being e radiant zone in the furnace and the other two in the convection zones with smoke tubes. The design provides for easy accessibility for maintenance and a high thermal efficiency due to the larger-than-average heating surface area. These boilers are extremely safe to operate due to the foolproof and advanced control and safety features. They can be fired with a diverse range of fuels which include various type of fuel oils, natural gas, LPG and bio-gas

1) Available as steam boiler from 1000kg / hr. to 30,000kg / hr and as hot water generators from
    0,54 mkcal / hr to 16.2 mkcal / hr.
2) Standard pressure rating of 10.5, 14 and 17.5 kg / cm2g.
3) Boilers of higher capacities and / or pressures are available on request.
Multifuel Fired Boilers

These boilers have a three pass smoke tube configuration, with an open bottomed, well-defined firebox connected to a cylindrical drum. The radiant surface of the firebox is water cooled and requires no refractory work, which ensures efficient utilization of radiant heat. The two passes of smoke tubes in the upper drum also fully utilise the convective heat to enable the highest possible thermal efficiency.

Salient Features
Large grate area and furnace volume permit use of low grade Indian coal with calorific value down to   300 kcal/kg and ash content upto 40%.
Low down time for repairs as refractory work is absent.
Soot deposition in the second and third passes of tubes is greatly reduced because of the open   bottomed design of the firebox.
Large steam and water volumes ensure dry steam.
Even with sudden fluctuations in steam demand there is a negligible pressure drop.
Supplied in pre-insulated, packaged form with minimal site work.
Available in fuel combinations of coal & oil or coal & husk & oil or wood/coal & oil with quick change   - over times.
Option of manual or fully automatic firing and feed water regulation.
Floor level firing and ash removal doors enable easy operation.
Range
Standard capacities available from 1000 kg/hr to 10000 kg/hr. Higher capacities can be made   available on request.
Standard pressure rating of 10.54 kg/cm2g. Boilers of higher pressure can be offered on request.
Non-IBR Boilers

Non-IBR boilers enable users to satisfy their steam requirements without having to invest in a separate boiler house and attendant and without the annual inspection which is mandatory in the case of IBR Boilers. These boilers are ideal for any process industry with limited steam requirements that ensures reliability, efficiency and a long trouble free operation.

Salient Features
Dual-Shell, reverse-flame design which offers high residence time and turbulence of gases, ensuring   maximum heat transfer.
Four-pass configuration with an integral atmospheric economizer and heat optimizer gives a high   operating thermal efficiency of 88 + 2% on NCV of oil.
Easy accessibility for cleaning and repairs.
High precision instrumentation for accurate control and operational safety
Simple, yet sturdy construction that ensures long and trouble free operation
Easy to maintain and utilize high precision instrumentation for accurate control and requisite safety.
Can be fired with a variety of industrial oils including gas, LDO and FO.
Range
1) Available in capacities ranging from 200 kg/hr to 600 kg/hr.
2) Standard pressure rating of 10.5 kg/cm2g. Boiler of higher pressure are available on request.
Thermic Fluid Heaters

Industrial heating applications where high temperatures have to be generated at low pressures pose a problem : Thermic fluid Heaters are an effective solution. Using thermal oil, thermic fluid heaters enable energy transfer at high temperatures without the concomitant risks of corrosion. Thermic Fluid Heaters have been indigenously designed and developed through in-house research and on-site testing. They are comparable in manufacturing quality and performance with the best designs available. They are extremely safe to operate and provide on excellent alternative to steam boilers.

Salient Features
Three-pass design with one radiant and three convective heat transfer areas, eliminating the need of   an economizer and offering high efficiency.
Double-walled (2 shell) construction that provides for insulation as well as preheating of air, thereby   aiding combustion.
High heat transfer area.
Higher furnace volume which results in longer life of thermal oil as degradation does not occur due to   flame.

Adequate instrumentation and modern safety features make the operation and monitoring on easy   task.

Range
1) Standard capacities available from 1 lac kcal / hr to 20 lac kcal / hr.
2) Outlet temperature maximum 3000 C.
Burners

Automatic Oil Burners systems are used as original or conversion combustion equipment to fire hot water boilers, steam boilers and air heater plants using light distillate/medium/ heavy grade fuel oils. The PF burners are suitable for certain types of process heating plants (for instance, large crop driers, etc.) Where it is advantageous to exploit their particular form of construction.

Available for high/low operation on the smaller sizes and as an option for stepless modulation employing a spill-back principle for the larger sizes. The standard throughput varies from 0.8 kcal/hr. to 16 M kcal/hr.)

Salient Features
