Infeed to the machine is through a belt conveyor which can directly link
the machine to the stamping machine or to the cutting table through a link
conveyor.
Material of infeed guides and slide surfaces of soaps is stainless steel
as a standard feature.
Critical mechanism is splash lubricated. All gears are hardened. All turning
members use sealed for-life bearings, thus eliminating the need of lubrication.
Negligible noise and vibrations even at high speeds because of design features
using continuous movements and heavy cast structure.
Torque slip clutch prevents damage to parts in event of an accidental jam.

Discharge belt conveyor and infeed link conveyor with independent drive
