The casing is made of thick Mild Steel Sheet reinforced with iron angles firmly riveted at joints. Heating elements are made of super Heat Resistant elements wound externally on the ceramic muffle of required chamber size and embedded in best quality high temperature setting cement. Maximum temperature 12000C and working temperature is 11000 C controlled by solid state temperature controller-cum digital display fitted in the Control Panel in front of the furnace with necessary switch and indicating lamps. The furnace is Light Weight and insulated with high quality ceramic wool. Supplied with cord and plug to work on 230V – Single phase 50Hz mains supply.
