Double walled outside Mild Steel and inside polished Stainless Steel. Outer side is painted with heat resistance paint. The gap between the covers is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat losses. Inner chamber is provided with angle ribs for placing the shelves at desired levels. The shelves supplied are made of thick crimp wire mesh offering minimum resistance to air convection. The door for the outer chamber is fitted with heavy cast chromium plated hinges with spring and roller type ball catcher. The door is also duly insulated taking care to minimize heat losses.

Heating elements are made of high quality Nichrome wire which are put inside beads and placed at the bottom and in both the vertical side ribs for maintaining uniform temperature. Temperature is controlled from 500C to 2500C + 10C by preset electronic digital temperature controller. Air ventilators are provided near the top of both vertical sides to remove hot gases and fumes if any. The control panel is fitted with an ON/OFF power switch. The pilot indicating lamps for mains and controller with suitable cord and plug operating on 230V. Single phase 50Hz AC supply Air circulation fan is provided at extra cost and recommended for sizes 45 x 45 x 60 cm inner chamber and above.
