Incubator Construction

Sturdy Robust Construction. Outer cabinet is made of Mild Steel Sheet duly preheated with expoxy powder coated paint with lasting finish. Inner Chamber is made of polished Steel sheet. It has provision for wide range of shelves and spacings. Perforated Stainless Steel Trays are also provided Puf glass wool insulation is used in between the chambers to minimize heat losses. Two doors are provided and the outer metal door is insulated and is fitted with magnetic gasket for air tight closing with no loss of temperature. It is also provided with lock and key for safety measures.

Inner door is of full length glass or transparent Acrylic for inspecting the samples/specimens kept inside the chamber, without opening the door itself and with no temperature loss.
Temperature Control

The inner temperature is controlled by preset Digital Display Electronic Controller with pt 100 Censor from 50C to 600C + 10C. Hermatically sealed, high performance compressor unit works efficiently to lower the inside chamber temperature. Heating elements are placed in the path of moving air duly insulated from the body. Cooling coils also lie in the air circulation path. Air is circulated by means of a blower to keep the temperature uniform throughout the inner chamber.

Control Panel

All Controls and switches are housed at the top of the Incubator so as to protect from spillage. Separate indicator lamps for mains, heating and cooling are provided. A voltmeter is also provided at the top to indicate the input voltage.

The instrument is supplied with 3 shelve of perforated Stainless Steel as per the chamber size, cord and plug, to work on 230 volts, 1 phase 50 Hz AC supply.
