The body is made of thick aluminum sheet with detachable cover rivetted to the main housing body. The mantles are designed to accommodate the single sizes of Round Bottom Flasks so that about ¾ portion of the flask is positioned in the main housing. Best quality nichrome wire heating elements are embedded in fiber glass sleeving wound round the fiber glass yarn mesh fixed in the housing.

These are insulated with soft quality superior glass wool. The maximum surface temperature available is 4000C Specially designed to provide uniform temperature which is controlled by means of built in energy Regulator. Two pilot indicating lamps are fitted one for the Regulator and the other for main. Supplied with cord and plug to work on 230V AC single phase 50Hz.
