Sturdy Robust Construction – Double walled with boiler/inner chamber made of 18 SWG Stainless Steel, outer shell is also made of Stainless Steel sheet. The cover (Lid) is made of Stainless Steel sheet die pressed and is tightened all around by heavy wing nuts. Moulded, single piece gasket of neoprene rubber is provided for leakage free operation. The Autoclaves are also supplied with pedal lifting devices for sizes onwards from 35 x 35 cm. Autoclaves are fitted with water level arrangements to indicate water position inside the boiler with automatic low water cut off device.

They are provided with a pressure gauge, air/steam release value, spring loaded safety valve and extra safety valve. The pressure can be adjusted from 10 psi to 15 psi. Safe working pressure 15 psi maximum 20 psi. Drain cord is also provided at the bottom. ISI marked immersion heaters are provided for heating the water/steam to the desired temperatures and pressure. The autoclaves are supplied with perforated Stainless Steel basket and dressing drum along with cord and plug to work on 230 volts 50 cycles AC main.
